I produced a short drone video showcasing 1000M, a luxury apartment tower located at 1000 S Michigan Avenue in Chicago. The video focuses on the building's strategic location and striking exterior, highlighting its significance in Chicago's urban landscape.

Challenges & Approach

The main challenge was capturing the architectural grandeur and strategic placement of 1000M in the heart of Chicago. Utilizing drone technology, I aimed to provide panoramic views that emphasized the building's proximity to key city landmarks like Grant Park and Lake Michigan. The approach included careful planning of flight paths to ensure smooth, sweeping shots that showcased the modern glass and steel exterior and its integration into the bustling cityscape.

The drone video successfully presents 1000M's luxurious exterior and prime location, offering viewers a unique aerial perspective of the building and its surroundings. This video is now used in marketing efforts, helping to attract potential residents by highlighting the building’s architectural beauty and prime urban location.
